I am a single mother of two and I am looking for a Grant, Investor and or a very low intrest loan for a down payment on a home. This will be my first home and I am trying to find what programs are available for me. I will be going to school soon to get my associates in applied sience in the medical field. I am looking for any suggestions or referals on were I can get some assitance as a first time home buyer as well as school.
